Corporate and governance entrepreneur, Naledi Kgatla, is considered one of the country’s most prominent women. Naledi launched herself in the corporate world in 2004 and groomed her expertise within human capital. After practising in various industries for over 10 years, she expanded her skills to include corporate services and governance as key areas of focus.

An advocate for women empowerment, Naledi championed the Women in Leadership Programme and the Graduate Programme for Females in Technology in a local telecommunications company. The two programmes through which black South African female engineers progressed to leading telecommunications projects in Europe and the United States of America. Her ultimate mission is to contribute to sustainable transformation projects geared towards including women in the mainstream economy across the globe.
Amongst her other skills, she has a passion for interior design, organisational re- modelling and leadership development to achieve effectiveness. She aspires to become a philanthropist and promote the welfare of others, especially people living with disabilities and those living in harsh environments due to historical imbalances.
